5.4L #6 misfire

I have a 2000 f150 supercab 4X4 with a misfire, put a scanner on it and it indicated #6 misfire. I am wondering which plug is #6.

Plan to change the plug & if that doesn't work change the coil on plug. Does this sound right & does anyone know which is #6 cylinder?

Welcome to the forum. This is a common problem, it could be a plug, depending on mileage, but it usually ends up being a coil.
