Prudent also. I suppose so. But don't tell my wife. She thinks I'm way too agressive. And I usually am on my motorcycle. That's a bad thing. Were in the car and if I mumble the word "idiot" she gets mad as says "hey that could be an angel." "That could be one of God's people." And she's right. I don't like those questions anyway.

The test says I'm a "passive driver".
I am passive, but also a defensive driver. My dad (professional driver for 45 + years) always used to say to me.... "You could be the best driver in the world, but it's just not enough if someone else decides to do something stupid near you".
He taught me to always be aware of my surroundings and what other drivers are doing, leave safe following/stopping distance between you and the vehicle in front of you, and try to always leave an opening or "escape route" off to your side.
My very first time out driving a big rig proved to me that he was right. Thank god I listened!

You ending up the same as me Kenny I could tell you which answers you submitted.
A passive driver is a safe,courteous, & defensive driver.
Nothing that needs an explaining when your passive.
You can still be Passive and Assertive as a driver.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 30-May-02 AT 05:09 PM (EST)]they called me an agressive driver
i drive fast, but i'm not agressive... some guy doing the speed limit in fron of me, i don't ride his bumper, i pass him (opposite lane, shoulder, field, ect) i prefer "unlawful driver" to aggresive driver. oh, and i was at the mall today... i parked on the grass island big trucks, so much fun....
p.s. the 40 yr old white guy in the escalade that tries to pass me (cell phone in hand) while i've got the cruise set at 85... HE's the agressive driver

This depends on WHAT and WHERE I am driving. I do admit to driving fast on the freeway no matter what I drive. When I am driving my girlfreinds new Ranger I pretty much take it easy and watch everyone else act like idiots. I always watch what other drivers are doing and sometimes you can predict that they are going to swerve out in front of you missing your bumper by 3 inches by their actions directly before that moment. Usually what they are driving has a lot to do with this judgment as well. If I am in the cities I have to watch out for everybody due to lack of concern on their part. Not saying everyone in the cities are bad drivers, just mainly the people who live in the general area where I work. I like to watch them on my breaks and just when I think I have seen it all something else happens. The first snowfall of the season is always the best.

Well, I guess I'm a prudent driver on the road... Now, take me off the pavement, and, well, cornering involves being sideways...
