Bug Screens?

There are quite a few brands that make them for the new F150. They install mainly by being sandwiched between the grille and hood. To install you have to loosen or remove the grille. Real easy. Also a clip on each side that clips over the hood with a piece of sticky plastic to protect the paint.

I purchased a bug shield from advance auto parts and installed on my 04 supercrew. I had to remove the grill assembly to install it, it took about 30 minutes from start to finish and very easy to do. The bug shield screws into 2 pre-existing holes that are located on the lip of your hood. I paid $42.00 with sales tax for it.

davegar,
I have the Ford low profile on mine and really like it. The install is a little harder than on previous models, but still not hard. Personally I like the F150 on the Ford one. Just make sure you get a low profile in whatever brand you buy. A lot of people have had hood vibration problems with other types of deflectors. I have pics in my gallery if you want to see what it looks like .
