85 F-150 302 EFI to a 400 2v with a C-6

I got a 85 F-150, i just went through my sencond 302, the fist one i hydro locked it in 3 feet of water. but just bought a 400ci with a C-6 for $150 off a friend.(for thoes of you wondering why im not big blocking it 460). the 400 has an good amout of torqe 326 foot pounds at 1600rpms. with i need for towing a 10,000lbs trailer, i have 35" BFGs, i only towed this load once with the 302, the moter was not up to the job, it would not go over 45 mph. i used almost a full tank of gas to go about 12 miles, well i know i need to change the P/S and ALT. i already know how im gona do that, what i need to know is will the front sum oil pan clear the cross member? can i use motor mounts from a 82 that had the 400? is the frame the same as the 82? the drive shaft i alreay know will not work and i know how to fix that to. will all the bolts line up; motor mounts trans mount? and will the stock fan shroud work? any one that has done this, any info is help full.
