Question Ford oil recommendation?

What does Ford specify as the recommend oil for the 5.4 engine? Synthetic? Dino? Blend? What is the recommend oil change interval?

Thanks

5W-20 meeting WSS-M2C153-H specification, and API certification mark.

I would run a syn. blend or a full syn. oil since it is so thin,I chose 5w-20 castrol syn. blend, also if you read your manual you can see that 5000 miles for normal driving is the oil change. Spring is in the AIR!!!!

They recommend Motorcraft Premium Synthetic Blend 5W-20. Its in the OM. From what I have been told and researched, blends are equally, if not, better for your truck than full synthetic. UNLESS, unless....you constantly haul a lot of stuff, prolong idiling, extreme temps.
I was planning on full syn M1 0W-20, but someone enlightened me of its marginal benefits over syn blends. Castrol blend is also good choice. HH
