Check out my gallery, I just installed an Advance Hinged Tonneau cover. I don't know if this is what you mean by a "cap". I had one like this on my Sport Trac and I love it. It installs easily with one person. Removes easily in 2 min if needed, weighs only 35 lbs, is lockable, water proof. It's low profile too. Sorry, I wasn't clear, I have a retrax to put on and I am getting a Line-X Spray in but I think the retrax would look better if the top rails were black and I don't want to sparay Line-X on them.
I have seen plastic or other type of caps that go up on top the rails, but can find them for the 04 yet.
