A question about lifts

I just recently purchased an '04 F150 and I have heard alot of different things about lifting it. Can I fit 35 inch tires under it without a lift? Does lifting it void the warranty on my suspension? Any information y'all have would be greatly appreciated.

From what I've read, the biggest you can go without a lift will be 33" tires. It also helps to get the leveling kit on the front end. Currently, a 6" lift is available. Other lift kits are "in the works." Other forum users here may have more info. In fact, I'll bet my truck they do!

No, you cant fit 35s on your truck without a lift. With a leveling kit 33s are the norm, but you can fit 34s. With minor trimming on the fenderwell 35s are possible. I wouldnt go that route personally. If you want 35s, the best thing to do would be install a 6" lift. there are a couple of companies that have these on the market now. Others to come.
