Removing Adjustable headrests

I bought my 2001 f350 used and the captains chairs have adjustable headrests (apparently a special order as these seats are not shown in my SuperDuty shop manual). The seats are like those shown for a 2001 f150. I've now got these nifty new seat covers and I can't figure out how to remove the headrest so I can start to install. The head rests lift up click by click and there's a little button on one of the rails that must be pushed to retract them. I thought that holding the little button in while I lifted on the headrest might let me remove it, but apparently not. I don't want to break anything, how do these remove?

Rob.

There is a second button on the bottom of the other post. You have to hold them both at the same time and somehow pull off the headrest with your third hand. It is not very easy.

That second button is hidden really well! Thanks, Rob.
