Hiccup

I have 98 4.2 4x4 with 87,000. Ive started getting a hiccup just after shifting gears,once the rpms are up its fine.I just cant tell if its engine or tranmission. need some advice.

i just had the same problem... changed out the plugs and havent had a problem since

RE hiccup

i had same problem and changed plugs its fine now but i am curious did your engine light come on???
