AOD with low fluid pressures

On my F150 with the AOD the tranny seems to have some low fluid pressures. I hooked in a guage and got these pressures from it.

N - 45 psi
OD, D, 1 - 45 psi
R - 75 psi

Now from what I have gathered the reverse pressure is on the bottom side of normal but the others are about 10 psi too low. I have readjusted the TV cable and still no change. The tranny will sometimes shift just fine but at others will downshift horrible. It will sort of bog down everything and then if you hit the gas right after it slams into gear, so to speak. It will also downshift hard or shift to early as well. When it shifts too early it seems like there is a lot less power when accelerating no matter what the rpm range. Any thoughts on this one? Any help is greatly appreciated.
