Hey moderators, how do a post pictures off of my C drive?

 

Post them in your gallery and then link to them from your posts. You can also have the pictures hosted somewhere on the web at photo sites or on your web page.

Turn on your email.

 

Need help posting pix to my album. I made it to the screen where it has four browse lines and I have put photo files in there and clicked upload. Pix don't appear anywhere after upload is complete???

 

Then it is too large.
Make it smaller to like, 30 KB in size

or
600 x 450 pixels

 

Thanks for the info., but I'm not much of a computer wiz. How do you make the images smaller? I have Windows XP. I have tried to upload many different ways with no success.

When you select a file of a photo on your computer check which program opens for you to view it.

Once the image is up look in the HELP section for RE-SIZING a photo.

If you get so frustrated trying to figure it out, send the images to me & I'll send them back for you to post.

Well I am just a computer illiterate! I have tried and tried with no luck. If the offer still goes, I will email them to you, But how do you email the pix? Pretty dumb,huh!

 

You need to reply to an e-mail I'm going to send you with an attachment.
Do you use Outlook express ?

 

No, I use AOL only.

Bad choice, they have all sorts of rules.

Look for a tool bar in your outbox for attaching a file to an e-mail.
Check the help section also.

I finally figured it out! I added the third picture in my gallery, guess I'll be able to get better or more pix in the album. Persistence pays off! Thanks again!

ok...I feel kinda stupid but how do you link from pics in gallery to posts? So that we all see them on the post forum?

 

What kind of pic?

Usually we suggest to user's to invite people to their gallery through the hyperlink.

That's why we let users create galleries.
