302 HO intake

I have a f100 79 with a 302 engine 2 bbl and i want to change for a 4 bbl, my friend have aluminium intake from a 302 HO 4bbl. If this intake fit on my 79 302 and what the difference between a 302 and 302 HO????

It will fit. The HO motors are usually roller blocks, with a different cam. Good luck
