Rust Problems

Hi, these are the rust spots on my truck that I am not sure how to fix. I am most concerned with one on the front fender because it is under the trim tape, and both colors of paint I'm having problems getting the picture up. The dent is not a priority, but if I'm going to redo the paint on that fender, I might as well. Thanks for your help.

Take off the wheel molding, the splash shield, stripe and bodyside molding. See how far the rust has eaten through. Take the front down to bare metal and then sandblast the pits in the metal till they are clean. Now go do the same to the inside of the fender. Put some rust treatment over the areas and then put filler on the front, sand, prime, paint it. On the back just put some undercoating or even just prime and paint it.
