I still want to see documentation of your statement that this is a defect. I then might be able to find a documented resolution for you. I see NO TSB or service message stating such.

The only documentation I have is what I write down from the conversations with the Service manager and the Ford customer Service Rep, both of them are telling me it’s a design flaw in the design and to DSB the truck I would rather them fix this truck so it does not make me ill while I drive it... I will start to record all my phone calls now since this is what i will need . i have even had ford call me back and confirm that it is a design flaw so *shrug*
Some people I Have spoke to have the same a/c system in their super duties as my f150 and can blend the temp on max a/c in their 2004 SD's
When I go to the BSD if that’s what I choose I will have their names and vin numbers... my problem maybe a leak somewhere as a few other guys complaining about this same problem , either from the exhaust system or leaking glow plug boots .. I need a vehicle I can heat and cool my truck while recalculating the air, cause drawing the fresh air from the outside is making me sick from something, if ford cant provide that in their product I dam sure will go elsewhere that’s not a threat that’s a fact, their sales rep should of told me of this problem, I was told the a/c would work just like my f150 did in my truck 5-6 hrs a day 6 days a week comfort is a top priority
There will still be a problem even if i could blend my a/c on max and not pull fresh air but .. something is leaking or causeing the fumes
