Talking got my history report today

got my history report for my truck from ford today. interesting stuff...as follows:

F25JRS03416

F25 F-250 PICKUP 4X2
J 460 CID 4V
R SAN JOSE ASSEMBLY PLANT
S03416 SEQUENTIAL UNIT NUMBER

knew all of that, but here is where it gets interesting:

133" wheelbase, midnight blue metallic paint, styleside pickup, black cab and trim, GVW of 8100 lbs, front shoulder harness, automatic tranny(C6), 3.73 limited slip, power steering, spare tire, 8.75x16.5-10TT tires( not sure what that equates to nowadays), slide out spare tire carrier, HD trailer tow package, white pickup box cover, A/C, AM/FM radio, tinted glass, full wheel covers, and 25 frame mounted fuel tank with standard fuel tank.

sorry about the long post, just kinda excited about it. need to figure out where the slide out spare tire carrier is too.

oh yeah, born on June 16, 1973

Same here!

The 8.75x 16.5 were pretty hot items around here back then. You could get wide bias ply mud grips and turn all the cowgirls' heads.

I still have a set, sort of rusted out, though.

Nice truck!

i got mine from ford also but it hardly had any information and what it had for the engine was wrong said it had a 390, when it had a 351m , unless this websites vin docoder is wrong, mine is a H on the 4th vin and ford says H is a 390, by the way were is the slide out spare tire thing at? is that the tool box on the side? doesnt look that big. also what does the camper package consist of? my gvrw is 8400 lbs, probably should tell you the year and build date if your going to help me, 1977.5 built 06/1977 lowboy 4x4. engine block code is 5b10 d4ae b2a, this is a 400 i believe the guy i purchased it from said he took the 351m out and put a 400 in it. i think the casting number refrences to a 400 also. F26HRYxxxxx i dont know if you should post your entire vin on a website so the last for i X'ed out.
