Tremec and T5 transmissions

Has anyone ever put a Tremec TR-3550, TKO, TKO II, or a T-5 in their truck? I just saw today Tremec has a New addition to that family of transmission with the TKO 500 and TKO 600. If anyone has put one any of the above listed transmission in your truck, what did you use in terms of clutch, mechanical or hydraulic, and any other details? Thanks Fred

i just put a tko II in my truck depending on the bell housing you have, a clutch setup from a late 80s mustang should work and to make the shifter a little longer i went to advanced auto and picked up a hurst shift lever cut it to the length drilled some holes and bolted it on

Spktyr is new and has a neutral reputation at this point.
The T-5 is too light-duty to be used in a truck - GM put it in their S-trucks, but it was a really bad idea. Search the archives for a discussion on this about two months back.
