Where to get oil filters?

Bought an '03 Excursion in December. Was wondering where you guys get your oil filter cartridges. I check with one parts store and they want $32 for a replacement cartridge. I noticed the OEM cartridge is made in Germany. Can it be crossed to something else?

Thanks, John

That oil filter location is convenient, but their filters are gonna have to get a whole lot cheaper to make it worth not having to crawl underneath. I have a '93 F250 with a 7.3. I hope this 6.0 turns out to be as good.

My dealer sent out a questionaire and if you filled it out you got a oil change for 10.95 but they forgot to put NO DIESELS on the slip. So i took it in and got a real cheap oil change.

Yes i do, they tried to say it doesnt apply to diesels and i asked where does it say that on the slip?? So they just did the oil change. Apparently the manager wrote the slip and forgot to put no diesels on it. There loss, my really big gain.
