Air Filter Housing for E-150

I'm looking for after market air filter housing for my 4.2L 2000 E-150
I purchased my van used and when I went to check the air filter realized the housing was all warped. I've called the Ford dealership, but a new one costs $300. I've called the local salvage auto parts, but none of them have any for that model. Anyone have any suggestions where else to look? Thank you!

John
