Swap the complete fuel systems.
Swap the insturment panels.
Swap the engine compartment wiring, including the battery system.
Swap the motors and trannys.
Depending on what axles and gears are under the EFI you may have to swap the axles.
The gasser may have a 9" Ford differential, no big hub in the center of the wheel.
Probably swap the front springs as well.
There will probably be some wiring from the dash to the engine compartment that may not be there as well. But then again it may, I am not sure if the main wiring harness was the same or not.
Also check the frame rail sizes (thickness) to make sure it is not a light duty 250 frame.
