Alignment Specs for 04' F-150

I just installed the Daystar leveling kit and wanted to check my alignment. I got these specs from my service rep.

Caster:
Left wheel: 4.6" +- 1"
Right wheel same.
Split 0" +- .75"

Camber:
Left wheel: -.2" +- .75"
Right wheel same.
Split 0" +- .75"

Tow .15" +- .25"
Thrust angle 0" +- .30"

(note the " marks stand for degrees)

The alignment guy said it wasn't much different than the 03' model. My truck is a FX4 supercrew.
He said it wassn't off hardly at all after the install so I guess getting it aligned is up to you. Hope this helps. Jack
