update on leak & pressure

This morming it was around -14 C so like every other cold morning it was leaking fuel. I noticed that it was leaking around the injector pump. It looked like it was dripping from the big bolt ( plug) on the left side looking from the front. Is it possible to tighten this bolt?

I doubt that I am making oil. The oil level stays the same and the viscosity seems as good as new oil. There is also no smell of diesel in the oil. All weekend the oil pressure gauge waas at 2/3 scale. This morning I noticed that it was fluctuating from 1/3 to 2/3 without any noise or power change. I think I better change the sending unit.
