I ordered f350 6.0 4x4 in january and the truck should arrive in a couple of weeks . Could someone explain houw dealer cash and rebates work and how do you find out if that dealer can get "dealer Cash" and what amount. I am recieving A plan if that makes any difference. This is the first time i have ever heard of dealer cash. I just want to make sure i am getting everything out of my scumbag dealer.
