78 f250 2wd to 4wd info

I bought this 78 f250 camper special ext cab for Lowes & dump runs when I bought my house, and fell in love with it. Its in pretty good shape an runs well.

My my question is, what's involved in converting it to 4 wd. It has a 400 cu in with a an auto trans. Any info or links to helpful sites would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, from a first time truck owner.

Billy
