Chip Or Programmer?

I'M NEW TO THE SITE. I'M LOOKING IT TO GETTING A CHIP OR PROGAMMER FOR MY 2001 F-150 SUPERCREW 5.4L. K&N FIPK, FLOw MASTER ONE INTO TWO EXHAUST, AND LARGER TIRES (WHICH KEEPS TRIPPING MY ABS). I WAS WONDER IF I NEEDED A PROGAMMER OR CHIP. WHAT BRAND OF EITHER. THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT.

Because of the tire size change I recommend you go with the Superchips Microtuner because it will allow you to calibrate the speedometer:
