Looking at changing a 94 F-250 from Ford Turbo to Powerstroke

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how hard it is to put a drop-in Powerstroke in a 94 F-250 that currently has a 7.3L IDI Ford Turbo. I would have a mechanic do the work but was just curious as to how much it would cost over the cost of the engine to do it. Much obliged to anyone that can help.

I hope you got lots of money and the mechanic has a very large dictionary with all those bad words in it. The idi is mechanical and the stroke is electronic. That would require rewiring the truck..... at least.

The install and all the extra parts needed will probably make the motor look very cheap by compairison.
