When I ordered and bought a new '87 Ford Ranger, there were some ink stamps on the frame, under the hood near the radiator with what I presume was the manufacturing date, IIRC, December 12, 1986. I'd guess that Ford could tell you those details from looking up the VIN in their records, but I've never heard of an exact date being part of that number.
What's the deal- Are you concerned about possibly having your vehicle built on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon?
The reason I was asking was because I wanted to know when my truck would be delivered. It hadn't come into the dealer at that point.
But it has now, it came in yesterday!
