Question Alignment specs?

I've got an apointment to have my leveling kit installed friday. However the garage says they don't have the 04 alignment specs yet for their alignment machine. Does anyone know what they are or where they can be found?--Jack

They can contact Ford's tech line to get the specs I'm sure. I'm not sure how to get ahold of them, but you might try asking your dealer.

I guess if they don't have the specs they could just check the alignment first and then after the install check again to see if it's changed and make adjustments if required.--Jack

Thumbs up GOOD NEWS

When I had my 5,000 mile oil/filter change.....I asked my dealer to check my front end alignment, as I was experiencing some even "feathering" on the inside AND outside edges of BOTH front tires.

Their Service Department did not have the alignment specifications either.....so my service technician got on his computer and went into Ford's Technical Service website, and quickly located the front end alignment specs. for my 2004 F-150 Supercrew, Lariat, 4 x 2.....which coincidentally are EXACTLY THE SAME as the 2003 model!! My front end alignment was right on the money....and the even "feathering" I am experiencing is NORMAL, and correctable by proper tire rotation.

So, as advised, I rotated the front tires straight back to the rear, and rotated the rear tires straight to the front.....and the "feathering" that was on the front tires (now on the rear) has almost disappeared, after driving 2,500 miles.....

Thanks fanman,
How do you like the flowmasters? I had the series 70 Big Block II installed on mine too. I had the duals run out the back with stainless tips. Sounds good IMO.--Jack
