my friend managed to leave some pistachios and condensate in my cupholder....so now I need to remove this baige and black spring-loaded petrie dish.

I cant find a release tab or anything but the dealer changed mine once in a snap. any ideas?

 

If its the front cup holder, you just take out the rubber inserts, and pull straight up on the twin cup holder by grabbing it in the middle. There's a nice hidden storage space underneath. This is for the console with the lid hinged at the back, tissue box holder in lid, removable tray with pencil ledge, and coin holder just behind the cup holder.

 

Im speaking of the cupholder that pops out of the dash, just to the right of the cig lighter. Should have been more clear.

 

it unbolts but first you must remove part of the dash anround the radio and heater controls first. 3 bolts i think 9/32 socket will be needed.

 

wow you think they'd make that a little easier.
