What is an 'I' block?

My uncle was telling me he had a 58 I block 6. I never heard of this. He was going to give it to me but I don't know anything about it. Any help? Thanks..

That's it? The way he said it, I thought it was a different type block or something. Just a plain I6... Oh well, thanks.
