88 diesel lift?

Hey I have a 1988 f250 7.3. Every body lift kit I find for a 1988 f250 they say wont work on the diesel. Does anyone know why? If you know of where I can get a body lift kit that will work on the diesel please let me know where. Any info will be a big help. Thanks

I think its because of the radiator hoses.
