Question Pics of molded splash guards?

Anybody have pictures of their '04 w/ the molded splash guards? I'm debating on whether or not to get them on on my new FX4 Supercab w/ 18"s....

This is NOT my truck, but it may be the pics for which you're looking:

I am going to get the splash guards installed though. There cost isn't much more to have the dealer do them (for me). They quoted me $75 for all four (installed).

I've got pics in my gallery.

I paid $65 for the set and installed them myself...figured I'd do a better job.

One thing to note is that one of the holes on the back guards won't line up correctly. I choose to drill a new hole in the plastic guard instead of my sheet metal.

Anyone interested, you may also want to take a look at the Husky ones. I believe they are around $50 for the set. The design is slightly different because they've got the contract to make the Ford ones...they also have the hole alignment problem.

Your gallery (TWellmann) is the one I linked!

Are the Husky's that different? If so, how? I'm certainly not opposed to doing it myself.

Thanks!

A buddy of mine has the Husky ones, but I don't have any pics. They are the same physical dimensions but look different. The best way for me to describe them is that the top half is thicker whereas the Ford ones are thin the entire length.

Here's a link I found that will show you the general style of the Husky guards:

I personally don't like the look of the Husky ones. Since they are close in price, it really comes down to a personal choice.

I've read several posts from guys that installed the Ford Splash guards on their vehicles that had the black platform running boards. In order to get the guards to fit, they had to take a saw and cut the tip off of the front of the running board.

Based of their experiences, I ordered the guards made by Husky. Apparently they fit, and no cutting is required. I can't tell you if they fit or not because I don't have a truck to install them on yet.

I ordered them via the internet for 24.95 a set and $7.95 shipping. http://www.accessconnect.com

part numbers for the '04 F150 with fender flares. Numbers as follows

Front Mud Guard #56591 - $24.95
Rear Mud Guard #57591 - $24.95
