Anyone know if a company is making bolt on hitches yet for the 04. I didn't get the tow package, done of the ones that had it appelaed to me. Ford want roughly $550 for theres.

You might just let ford do it. I've bought and installed several receivers for other truck in the past and they simply bolt onto the frame with a few bolts. When I crawlled under my 04 150 I noticed that there were several different points where the receiver connectec to the truck. It seems like the receiver and bumper and integrated together and in some places looks like it is welded to the frame. Go to the dealer and take a look at one that has it already installed.

I was in the same boat, I had a Hidden Hitch rated to 6000 lbs installed. Best part about the install...no drilling. They use the same mounting holes (location) of the Ford factory hitch.
