powerstroke demo trailer

I was wondering if any of you have visited the traveling powerstroke demonstration trailer that goes to various ford dealerships throughout the country. I was told they answer questions, provide discounts on parts and do a side by side comparison to other diesels and the 7.3. Wonder if it would be worth going to? Thanks.

It was at our dealership last year and was kind of cool. They have cut away versions of the 7.3 and 6.0 so you can look inside various components and see how they work. It is pretty informative and interesting. Didn't see any real comparisons with Cummins or D-max though.

Well went and checked this out yesterday and quized the guy there for answers to the questions I have about the injectors and such. And yes I realize the guy is there to represent ford ..yada ..yada. But he seemed to be honest in his responses.
I ask several questions and one being "what was or is ford's solution for the injector issue? and why was pi disabled even with the c95s. Answer was that the overall problem did not lay in the injector alone, but in the way the programming interacted with any injector they would or could put into the motor. He seemed to say that the c95 was an "quick response" to the problem but the overall solution was the revised programming.
Also went into the war that insued between international and FMC on the programming of this thing with FMC eventually getting fed up and rewriting the program themself. Fmc was not happy.
Before I left the trailer, after talking with this guy for an hour or so, this man walks in and asks if the 04 is one that will run for he had one of the first 03s and it has been in the shop for a total of 48 days. He went through all of the problems he has had. And as a complement to all you guys on this forum, I was able to tell the guy what they found and what caused them before he could tell me.
Anyway go to one if you can.
