sub woofer mounting in f-250 CC

I tried a search but found no info on mounting a sub woofer and box into a f-250 CC. Has any one done this and was size of woofer did you use. Also where did you mount the box.

I have a 10" in an off the self box. I think it's .75 foot. I'm driving it with an ARC Audio 2500. 525/1050 watts. This box fit in the right corner behind the seat.

ok, the easiest way is to buy a BAZOOKA bass tube. i have a 6.5 sub with a built in 150 watt amp. it fits perfect in the tray behind the rear seat. you could put 2 back there, also you could remove the tray and put an 8" tube. they have pleanty of BOOM . don't let the size fool you. its all in the design of the box. look at bose for example!

In the audio section there is a link to a sub box w/ sub that replaces the middle seat. You put your upholestery/leather on it.

If you move the rear seat forward 1-2" you should be able to fit a couple of 12s behind there depending on the mounting depth of the sub.............and you'd have to cut the fabric off of the back wall where the box is going to go and remove the tray.

Look in my users gallery under truck number 2. I have a 10 inch behind the seat in the 350 and 2 10's behind seat in f-750 which is the same as your CC 250.

Check out my gallery. I have a 8" Kicker sub-woofer mounted in a custom-made, vented box. It is located behind the rear passenger seat. We had to trim away about 6"-8" of the utility tray to allow for the proper size box for that size sub-woofer, but the box butt's up against where the tray ends so it holds stuff in the tray just fine. Still have plenty of tray left for "stuff".
