SOMEBODY AT WORK REWIRED A TRAILER, L-SIGNAL TO GROUND!

I stopped checked trailer got in van to go- now it won't get out of park. Found #5 fuse/15A blown replaced the fuse with no change in symptom!

I don't have brake lights, tails, license, cluster, or dome light and the air bag on dash is lit.

Also, the ABS light flashes 16 times with a lit pause in between. I have no fuse chart so thats a pain.

I'm a working man and am trying to avoid a costly trip to the dealer so any info would be great and appreciated!
the power distribution module seems to ok as far fuses go, is it possible that the problem is between the distribution mod. and the fuse box? Can somebody tell me the fuse identities
