Block heater install on 94 Ranger

My block heater fell out of my truck and I am assuming the tightening wings corroded off. My question is how much tear down is required to reinstall a new one. The heater is on the passenger side front of block. It looks to me like exhaust manifold and motor mount have to come off to get at it Anyone have any ideas how to make this simpler? Seems like a lot of work to replace any ideas would be appr.

Thanks for the info Bob. I really tried to get the wife to do it but she said no!!! They don't make changing parts in these trucks easy.
