I believe my 3 speed column shift is the Ford 3.03 as installed from the factory in 10/83. Its designated as Code C on the sticker in the drivers door jamb.
Other 3 speeds of the era could have been:
Code D-Warner T-89
Code E-Warner T-87
The 3.03 is one tough gear box. I've ran it hard and only changed the gear oil once at 100,000 miles. Now I'm over 200,000 miles and should prolly do it again

No.. the T19 was the 460/diesel transmission(83 up), and that's all it was found behind, and nothing else was put behind either engine from the factory.
300, 302, or 351W, and it was a T18 or NP 435, SROD, or TOD(these last two are 100/150 only)
The 460 4wd trucks for the most part got the 6.32:1 gearset in the T19, just like a T18A, only fully syncronised, and with 2 pto ports
