OTHG_MIKE, you should have done what I did, take her with you when you went looking. My wife drove her new Escape home and I got a new F150.

Otherwise you could just tell her after its in the driveway when she asks. Just say " Oh that, Ive had that thing for a while." It worked. on some of the smaller things Ive bought

*on the floor laughing at you guys!*

ha ha.......I know I didn't offend you MARCUS! I was saying it just in case there are others like MIKEY-about-to-get-familiar-with-the-doghouse hiding in the woodwork!

Jeeesh Mike, you could atleast throw in a LITTLE smiley face when yer joking, ya Jerk!

I know it's late, but here's what I was going to suggest:
Buy the truck, take it out to a remote location (but not too far).....and tell your wife you want to take her out to a restaraunt you've never been to......THEN get LOST on the way home (cuz it'll hafta be dark enough for this to work) and do your mad-driving around forever and all of a sudden come upon the new truck and say you are going to ask THEM for directions.... Get in on the passenger side.....DRIVE AWAY and call her cell phone! "HONEY!! This truck just STOLE me, I've been kidnapped, but don't worry I'm okay I trust this (so don't call the cops!!!) They said they'll lead the way home for us......follow me home!" And hang up

I ordered a 04 F-150 FX4, 5.4, S/Crew, 3.73 L/S Axel, Audiophile, Moonroof, Power Rear Sliding Window, Bed Extender, Medium Flint Leather Captains Chairs W/ Flow Thru Shifter, Reverse Sensing, Silver Clearcoat Metallic W/ Dark Shadow Grey Lower Two Tone.

What I need that this truck dose not have is more Power Points !!!

There should be 2 dash power points in addition to the cigarette lighter, not 1...

There should be 2 rear seat power points, not 1. Anyone with kids on a road trip would have figured this out...

I would also like to see a power point in the bed, like on the Sport Track. Preferably 2, this would be a great feature for those of us who camp/road trip...

I also think that Power Passenger Seating and the Home Link System should be an option on the FX4 and XLT...

SLO Bigdog.....
You can buy an adapter for about six bux that'll make 2-4 power points out of your one at just about ANY superstore, or electronics store. I'm sure they sell numerous options in extensions as well; give it a shot.
Personally, I'm glad not to pay for the extra wiring and outlet fees...
ONE outlet is fine for me...

but HEY!! NICE TRUCK!

Hi, new guy here. Just had to throw my 2 cents in about the power seats. The memory seats to me are priceless, since my small wife also drives the truck and everytime I get in all I have to do is push a button to return the seat to my preference instead of sucking on my knees until I can reach the button and NEVER getting it adjusted the way I liked it before. I guess the value of all these options are subjective based on our needs and lifestyles, eh? Glad to see you guys love your trucks..I love mine!
