Trailer Circuit Breaker

I wired my 93 Bronco for pulling a Toy Hauler Trailer. Fords are prewired for this type of connection and I purchased the brake control harness to complete it. There is a lead that goes to the plug that is hot all the time and is used for keeping the batteries charged on the trailer. I cannot get power to the plug and have no idea where the circuit breaker is located for this. For now I have ran another hot lead and wired in an external circuit breaker but would like to hook it up using the one supplied by Ford. In the fuse box there are several circuit breakers but they are not marked as to what they are for. If this is where it is located it there a way to check to see if it is working?

There is a trailer battery charge relay under the hood along with a few others. There are 4 wires going to it.....yellow (to fuse Q, Engine comp), Orange (to trailer connector), Purple w/Orange (To fuse E, engine comp), Black (to ground). If you cant find the relays, let me know...I think I have a good location description for em.
