For a low cost solution grab an Edelbrock 1406 600 CFM off e-bay.
Also a Holley 4160, 600 CFM is a pretty much direct replacement for the Motorcraft/Holley,4180 600CFM that is the factory unit. They have the Ford auto trans kick down. There is an adapter available for the Edelbrock as well for the kick down.

replacement for 75 F350 carb
Thanks all of you for your help, I need a replacement because about every 4 miles or so the motor shuts off 2-5 minutes later it will start up, When it shuts down looking down into the carb at the bottom of the intake there is wet fuel, and it looks like the carb has already been messed with if there might be something to check for can you please advise?
Thanks again,

This is what I would do first before checking into a possable carb problem.
The ignition modules on our trucks are notorious for having heat related problems. The next time the engine die's on you. Quickly get out and pull off the coil wire from on top of the dissy. Hold the wire close (about the width of a nickel) to the engine block and have someone crank the engine. You had better see some nice blue arc's jumping from the wire to the block. Hold the wire with some insulated pliers though or you may get a jolt.
If you don't see arc's jumping then you have a spark problem and not a carb problem. You probably will need a new ignition module.
Hope this helps,
