today is friday and payday= good snowing again = bad call into work anit coming in = good i go to doc to check on my ripped tendon in arm = bad no more cortiazone injections = good i need surgery = bad go spend some money at lowes = good cant deliver til tommorow = bad go to casino boat and win big = good ! headed home afterwards a dumb driver stops in front of me on a snowy street to let someone walk against the light. i cant stop fast enough smash crash there goes the right front clip on my ford escort lx1 sport, stupied dodge minivan gets no damage but she is yelling and screaming like a banshee = BAD !!!!!!!!!!!! called cops they told woman to shut up = good went to insurance place and they told me my i had a 1000 deductable and i would have to fix my own car = bad finally get home and there is a brand new 1971 gibson les paul xr-1 waiting for me on the couch, wifes surprise present to me = GOOD played a love song for my wife got some afternoon delight = GOOD GOOD GOOD so how was your day ???

found rental dvd in dvd player, 3 days late. bad

on the way to the movie store, alternator begins grinding. bad

called to get a quote on a rebuild, $65, ouch. bad

went to Checker, got a new one for $40. bad

came home, drooled at Summit catalog for a few hours. bad

Played with my BB gun, found out it penetrates 134 pages of said summit catalog. freaking awesome

Well . . . to keep with the pattern . . .

Got paid yesterday (made good $ with production) = good

Spent all of it paying expenses = bad

Found out my cable internet speed is being upgraded to twice as fast for no extra charge = good

Due to financial situation have been forced to park the pickup until at least late summer 'cause it needs a fixin' = bad

It's Friday = good

It's too cold to be outside = bad

Overall it was a pretty dismal day. With the cold temps it'll be another weekend of

Got up around 11:30AM: good, or bad...

Lounged around the house 'cause I'm still unemployed: bad, or good...

Went to Wal-Mart, saw new issues of Guns & Ammo and Gun World. Neither are that great, but I have a lot of time to kill right now. Realized I'm out of cash: definetely Bad...

Lounged around some more, checked mail box, got first unemployment check: good...

Ate dinner: good...

Called up the gang, all were having "family nights" and the like, so no out and about activity for friday night: bad...

Still very bored, 'cause I don't go to bed 'til well after 3AM: bad.

yeah i got my new JEGS catalog in the mail yesterday too, spent a while with a highlighter getting an order ready. today it is -7 outside and thats without the windchill. i have to go outside soon and fire the old girl up if she will anyway and got to go to keokuk and haul a hayrack to mount pleasant for my brother in law. i think i am going to end up being cold all day long, bummer. i need to get a sign for my truck that says "yes this is my truck, No i wont haul anything for you" lol

i got to sleep in late - good

friggen cold outside -9 - bad

went to bank got money - good

got home and had a flat on my truck - bad

used fix a flat and drove to buddys tire shop and he fixed it for free - good

had to go to keokuk to haul a hay wagon to mount pleasant for my brother in law - bad

he bought a new snowmobile last week, got to take it out for a ride for awhile - good

froze my *** off cause had no helment - bad

on way home i stopped at oreilys and bought a OOOGAHHHHH horn for my truck - good


so as usual good and bad filled my day

Woke Up = Good

Went to Potty = Good

Shaved = Good

Had Shower = Good

Ate Breakfast ( poached eggs,bacon,Buttermilk Pancakes)=Good

Looked out side and saw snow = Good

Shovelling said snow = bad bad bad.

Slipped on butt = ? Don't know yet

Trying to Link Michelle's adventure by phone all day = Good/Bad

Michelle Got home from a week in Toronto = Good

our birds wouldn't stop singing for her until at least an hour=Good

Monitored FTE all day, without any real problems = Really Good

I got to sleep about 11:58 pm = The Best

ate dinner; freezer surprise - good

argued with sister - bad (12 year olds are no fun, especially when they are really 20)

when you are running 70 mph in -6 degrees you defintly want some sort of face shielding to stop the freezing process of your face

windchill = mph + outside temp

so -6 at 70mph thru snow = really friggen cold

got to wear a helment lol

Yeah, she's 20, and believe me, you don't want any part of this one.

She ain't married, knocked up, or a ****, but most days she is 12, mentally.
