Can anybody help?

I recently acquired an edelbrock aluminum intake manifold-
Its a Streetmaster 400 Patent number 3744463
On the bottom of the intake it has the number 3170.
Does anybody know what engine this fits? I contacted Edelbrock and they never replied, any help would be appreciated!
