Old motor old questions new forum

have a 331 chrysler hemi and a 37 suicide coupe niether have been started on but I am wondering, other than the appearance of the hemi what would be the better engine the hemi or a newer small block ford?

92f150I6 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
The only problem i may see with using the hemi would be hop up parts unless thay are the same as it's bigger brother. If you want to build a unique head turner with powewr use the hemi, but it will be $$$$$ to do. The ford smallblock is cheaper to do, and easier to get parts for, but you will loose the coolness factor. ANd Hemis's can make HUGE power.

figured on the hemi but as as 92f150i6 stated cost is going to be the factor. anyhoo thanx for the info
