4.2 and a 3.8

do these motors share the same block. there is a stroker kit for the 3.8 to be made into a 4.2. 95 3.8

A 4.2 is a stroked 3.8, so I guess they share the same block. not for sure on that...

what is the diffence in them. is it just the crank or the rods and pistons too.
