floor mats

Got my Huskie floor mats last night from truckaddons.com. I like em. They give much better coverage than oem mats. They're black and have a diamond plate type pattern which matches the rocker panel cover. The edges are turned up to partly cover the tranny hump and contain the dirt. I just got the front ones for now and they were $64.90 w/shipping. I'll probobly get the one piece mat for the back which is about the same price but for now I just moved the oem fronts to the back.--Jack

I got the rear mat for mine. Well worth it. You have to raise the rear seat and move the front seats all the way forward to install.
I wish the lip on the front mat were higher. To cover the rise closest to the seat. Last weekend my friend got mud in the carpet there.

They are excellent mats. I might add that anything is a step up from the OEM ones. I have always had a set of these in my trucks and I consider them "cheap insurance". When you get the rear set it will be a one piece design with an excellent fit. It will cover more than you anticipated. They do a great job.

Question

Could someone please post a few pics of their aftermarket floor mats. I'm really curious to see the coverage, especially the space between the door sill and the mat. I agree, the OEM mats look nice but they are way too small and don't provide good coverage.
POST EM! Thanks

Has anyone got the new Extreme catchall mats for their 04? I've saw a few pics of them and have mixed thoughts. According to the pics they appear to be only slightly textured which I don't like, but I do find their rolled edge more appealing than Huskies plain box shape. However, I do like the dimond plate look of the Huskie over the Extreme's slight texture. I still have a few more weeks until my FX4 arrives and right now I'm thinking of just going with the Extremes and putting the factory mats on top of them which will still give me the diamond plate look. Just looking for some opinions.

I've got the whole set of Husky's. Both fronts, hump liner, and rear for the Screw. Also have them on my other vehicles. I've found they do the best job, plus they look good. I haven't tried the Extreme's.

The extrems's do look better but the husky's cover alittle more. What are you guys doing with the stock mats. Wonder if there is a resale value for them?

I just added em to my floor mat collection to be used at some later date, maybe. I used one old set I had to cover a set of ramps I have that I use to drive my mower into my shed. Makes em non slip which comes in handy when the wheels are wet.--Jack

I was looking at a ski boat today. It had snap in carpet. Now that's a good idea. Get your carpet dirty just pull it out wash it, snap it back in. It did'nt even look cheap.
