Brake Cyl Sizes

I am doing the F-350 master cylinder/booster, Big car front caliper etc brake conversion on my F150 from the tech article on this site. Does anybody know if the F-350 wheel cylinders for the rear brakes can be put on the F-150 backing plates. How about sizes. I can't remember how big of diameter mine are, but I think the 350's are about 1/8 inch bigger pistons.

I don't have the money and time to do the rear disc conversion right now, and I remember that putting bigger wheel cylinders on is an old drum brake upgrade.

Any ideas or sizes? Any idea where to find this info.

Thanks.
