valve cover clearance w/roller rockers

valve cover clearance w/roller rockers
hey everyone, it's been a while since i have been around and i need some good info. i have given out alot of help in the past few years and i'm hopeing that someone or everyone might be able to give me some insight....
ok, finally starting to do up a brand new motor for the ole ford truck..
the question is what is the limit to size on valve cover's height that can be used on the 77 ford f-150 4x4 with the good old big block 460??
i have been running a 460 for many, many years now and finally blew up the last one, piston falure. and have just used regular stock rocker arms with the regular factory valve covers and in relation to the brake booster cylinder which they are 14 inches in diameter just off the top of my head guessing without actually measuring it. now the Ford Motorsports ones i'm looking at are tall ones they are 4 1/2 inches tall.
will these covers have the clearance with roller rockers to be able to sit in the motor compartment and clear the brake booster? i know just be eyeing it up it looks like it will be so very very close. or is there another type of valve cover that can be used with roller rockers that maybe not be that tall.
do they make a 4 inch tall cover that maybe would work?
i also plan on using L&L's motor mounts for this new motor, will the mounts ( L&L ) make the engine sit alittle lower in the frame? or will it sit just as the same as factory mounts?
head and blocks don't really matter thay are all the same dimentions. i hope i included everything needed for this discussion, i just got home from work and my eyes are tired, hope i didn't miss something.
thank you for everyones help in this problem. ya'll have a great weekend. C.J.

I have used the Motorspotrs valve covers on my 77 F-250 without any trouble. You kinda gotta roll them on from the top but once their on there is plenty of clearance. If you have AC I'm not sure if they will fit that side. My truck had L&L mounts too.
