Interchangibility for a 67 fairlane ranchero

I was wondering if the 67 ranchero fairlane had any years that it could easily interchange parts with. I am looking for some restoration parts, and a bed cover, hard one if I can get it for my 67. So are any years basically the same?

Ryan,
The 66-67 Rancheros were built on the same platform, even though the 66 has Falcon sheet metal. A lot of the "Ranchero only" pieces were shared by the two years. Trim pieces were the same as the 67 Fairlane, with comparable trim levels. These would include front sheet metal, body molding, mechanical, interior, etc. Several of the aftermarket Ford parts suppliers carry weatherstrip and other soft goods for the 67. Don't overlook the local Ford dealed, they can surprise you with what they still have available. Good luck with the project.
