coil springs 95 f150

what is the differance in coil springs for my 95 f150 with duel shock option and one with single shocks? when you look them up the aftermarket books list w/o duel shock option but not with duel shocks. the ones from the dealer are twice as much!

Your question is a little unclear to me but.. i guess I will just say this. On the reg cab and broncos dual shocks were an option (or standard i duno)....it's just that there are two shocks ..one infront and one behind the coil spring. It doesn't has anything to do with the coil spring.

The quad shock option was offered on the 4WD 150 as part of the handling package. There spring rate was probably unique to this handling package. There were at least 6 different coil springs available on the F-150.

As already mentioned, the springs are basically the same, only the spring rates are different. The springs for the single shock option would probably set your front end a bit lower because of a lower spring rate.

Just be aware that those will settle down a little so you'll probably loose that inch.
