"BREAK IN" OIL, CHANGE WHEN??

Anybody suggest when to change oil after initial "break in". I usually change gassers at around 1000-1500 miles the first time, but don't know about the PSD. The Diesel Dude says there is an "anti scuff" additive from the factory. Should I leave it in up to the first service, or change it out early????

Leave it in until your first scheduled change. In addition to the "anti-scuff", the factory oil has tracer dye in it as well. This will help you to locate any oil leaks with a black light. This way you can get them (if any) taken care of right away.
